Day 1 Menu:

• Simple Green Salad with Vinaigrette

• French Onion Soup

• Shrimp Wrapped in Puff Pastry, with Herb Garlic Sauce

• Pan-Seared Chicken with Lemon Caper Butter, Roasted Asparagus, and Skillet Potatoes Anna

• Endive and Watercress Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

• Butternut Squash Puree with Walnut Pesto

• Ham and Cheese Crepes with Mornay Sauce
