Learn your way around the Italian kitchen in this two day workshop hosted by Chef Dan.  Learn the secrets behind great sauces and handmade pasta. This class will cover a variety of techniques including knife skills, emulsification, sauce making, and roasting. This class will give you the skills to build a beautiful Italian dinner at home.  

Menu: 

Day 1: 

  • Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta

  • Handmade Fettucine with a Duo of Sauces - Alfredo & Mushroom Marsala

Day 2:
