YC: Beginner Basic Skills 2 Day Workshop: Day 2

Join Chef Dan and Chef LeAnn (of To The Wind) for this two day workshop focusing on the Basic Skills that will last a lifetime! On Day 1 Chef Dan will introduce you to the fundamentals of cooking including knife skills, emulsification, sauteing, roasting and more.   Chef LeAnn on Day 2 introduces the basics of proper measurement, baking times and altitude adjustments for baking here in the Mile High City!

Day 1 Menu: 

  • Field Greens with Classic Vinaigrette

  • Triangle Tip Roast with Roasted Shallot and Mushroom Ragout

  • Sautéed Filet of Salmon and Sautéed Chicken

  • Rice Pilaf and Broccoli

Day 2 Menu:
