In this hands-on class – a must for all would-be bakers – Chef Kelly will instruct on the fundamentals of baking at altitude, from properly scaling ingredients, leavening, mixing, creaming and the crumb method, to the importance of temperatures and adjustments. With new-found confidence in the kitchen, you’ll learn the techniques to making a selection of baked goods which will turn out truly delicious – every time!
