• Blue Corn Chile Rellenos Stuffed with Shrimp, Bacon and Cheddar Laced with Citrus Crema

• Pumpkin-Ginger Soup with Toasted Pepitas 

• Mole-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Tequila Chile Relish

• Mexican Chocolate Flan with Caramel Sauce and Bischochitos

This was an in-person class that was switched to online. You will still receive the full recipe packet however only the dishes in bold will be featured during the live zoom class.

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.
