Eating tamales is only half the fun! Whether you are stocking up your home freezer or gathering with friends, tamale making is an enjoyable experience once you have the basics down pat. Chef Dan will demonstrate how to get the masa just right, throw together delicious fillings, and steam off your delicious creations. Students are asked to bring a freezer-ready container to take home extra tamales at the end of class.
