Join our favorite local mycologist James Weiser for a mushroom hunting adventure! You will learn the basics of how to find and identify edible mushrooms. Habitat, weather, altitude, orientation of slopes and types of vegetation will be covered. The class will meet at the cooking school and then head to an off-site location for the hunt led by James and a meal on-site led by Chef Dan.
