Bring back Sunday suppers around the dinner table! Gather your family in the kitchen, then watch or cook along with Chef Aarika as she brings you a new dinner theme each session! This week head south to partake in the delicious delights of Chile!  End the weekend on a great note and your dinner will be ready at the end of class.

• Machas a la Parmesana-Baked Clams in a White Wine Cheese Sauce 

• Pastel de Choclo- Sweet Corn and Beef Pie 

• Porotos Granados- Bean and Squash Stew 

• Alfajores-Dulce de Leche Cookies in Rolled Coconut 

• Melon con Vino-White Wine Inside a Honeydew Melon Cocktail

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.
