YC: 3 Meals a Day 3 Day Workshop
June 25th, 26th & 27th - 10am to 1pm
In this class, we have those three square meals a day covered-whatever the hour! Join Chef Dan as he leads a three-day workshop taking you through meal ideas for the entire day! This class will host a variety of techniques and meal planning ideas.
Day 1 Menu:
- Beat up the Bully Breakfast 
- Classic Eggs Benedict, Perfect Breakfast Potatoes and Fresh Fruit 
- Green Chili Breakfast Burritos 
- Orange and Cream Stuffed French Toast with Citrus Infused Maple Syrup 
- The Best Power Breakfast Bowl 
Day 2 Menu:
- Make Your Own Mac’N’Cheese Bar 
- Southwest Chicken Caesar Wrap 
- Asian Chicken Noodle Salad 
- Gourmet Grilled Cheese with Tallegio and Fig Jam 
- Seared and Sliced Beef Salad with Mixed Greens, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Prosciutto Crisps and Shaved Vegetables 
- No Bake Brownie Bites 
Day 3 Menu:
- Crab Cakes with Cajun Remoulade 
- Roasted Cream of Tomato and Red Pepper Soup with Parmesan Crisps 
- Grilled Romaine Hearts with Hot Pancetta Dressing, Corn and Roasted Tomatoes 
- The Perfect Steak, Garlic Butter, Pan Roasted New Potatoes and Asparagus
