In this class, we have those three square meals a day covered-whatever the hour!  Join Chef Dan as he leads a three-day workshop taking you through meal ideas for the entire day!  This class will host a variety of techniques and meal planning ideas.

Day 1 Menu:

  • Beat up the Bully Breakfast

  • Classic Eggs Benedict, Perfect Breakfast Potatoes and Fresh Fruit

  • Green Chili Breakfast Burritos

  • Orange and Cream Stuffed French Toast with Citrus Infused Maple Syrup

  • The Best Power Breakfast Bowl

Day 2 Menu:

  • Make Your Own Mac’N’Cheese Bar

  • Southwest Chicken Caesar Wrap

  • Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

  • Gourmet Grilled Cheese with Tallegio and Fig Jam

  • Seared and Sliced Beef Salad with Mixed Greens, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Prosciutto Crisps and Shaved Vegetables

  • No Bake Brownie Bites

Day 3 Menu:

  • Crab Cakes with Cajun Remoulade

  • Roasted Cream of Tomato and Red Pepper Soup with Parmesan Crisps

  • Grilled Romaine Hearts with Hot Pancetta Dressing, Corn and Roasted Tomatoes

  • The Perfect Steak, Garlic Butter, Pan Roasted New Potatoes and Asparagus

  • Fallen Chocolate Souffle Cake
