Take a tour south of the border with Chef Tlanezi and Chef Andrew! Day 1 you will visit the flavors of Mexico and on Day 2 the cuisine of South America! Our chefs will teach you how to bring the food of our neighbors into your kitchen!

Menu Day 1 (Chef Tlanezi)

Menu Day 2 (Chef Andrew)

  • Lamb Chops with Smoked Chimichurri Sauce

  • Black Bean and Corn Empanadas with Aji Amarillo Aioli

  • Cheesy Arepas with Pepita Pesto

  • Moqueca (Brazilian Fish Stew)

  • Maracuya (Passion Fruit Mousse)
