YC: Wok n’ Roll 2 Day workshop

June 12th & 13th - 10am to 1pm

Take a tour of Asia with Chef Leah!  This class will teach you not only the secrets to a great stir-fry, but also a great sushi roll!  Chef Leah will lead you through a menu of all of your favorite Asian dishes. Chef Leah brings her same interactive, energetic approach to each of her classes, as she did to the episode of Cutthroat Kitchen she won on Food Network!

[June 12th] Day 1 Menu:

  • Eggdrop Soup

  • Fresh Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce

  • Pad Thai

  • Cashew Chicken

  • Beef Bulgogi

  • Mango Sticky Rice

[June 13th] Day 2 Menu:

  • California Roll
