Looking to celebrate Cinco de Mayo this year, but still staying in place - we have a class for you! Watch or cook along with Chef Andy as he shows you how to make your favorite tacos and tequila favorites! To make the class even more fun, grab a bottle of tequila and join Chef Andy for a fun drinking game to be played which he will announce at the beginning of class! This class is designed to create your own hands-on experience and your dinner is ready at the end of the class!

• Blackened Fish Tacos with Chipotle Aioli and Napa Cabbage Slaw 

• Red Chili Braised Pork Shoulder with Charred Red Chili Salsa Verde

All online class registrants will receive an email containing directions on linking to the class through Zoom. All registrants will also receive an email with a shopping list and menu packet ahead of time if you would like to cook along. Please note that once you receive the shopping list and menu packet, your enrollment in the class is non-refundable.  All attendees will receive a copy of the class after the class is over if you would like to cook along at another time.
