Since 1993, The Seasoned Chef Cooking School in Denver, Colorado has offered cooking classes for everyone from beginners to the accomplished home chef. Our classes cover everything from basic culinary techniques to cuisines from around the world.

Our expert instructors are committed to teaching valuable culinary skills that will build confidence in the kitchen as you learn to save time and money—and serve fresher, healthier meals. Classes are hands-on (unless otherwise noted) and enrollment is limited, encouraging lots of student-instructor interaction.

Every class includes samples of all the food prepared in class and the recipe packet including step-by-step instructions so you can recreate your favorite new dishes at home.
