We have something terrific for young cooks to do during Spring Break this year! Join Chef Dan and Chef Kelly for this two day workshop focusing on the Basic Skills that will last a lifetime!

Day 1: Chef Dan will introduce you to the fundamentals of cooking. Day 2: Chef Kelly introduces the basics of baking secrets here in the Mile High City!    

Day 1 Menu:

  • Chopped Salad with Classic Vinaigrette

  • Triangle Tip Roast with Roasted Mushroom, Red Pepper, Shallot Ragout

  • Sautéed Filet of Tilapia with Lemon Herb Aioli

  • Rice Pilaf

  • Roasted Vegetables

Day 2 Menu:
