This smaller hands-on class will focus on professional instruction for all fundamental knife work – slice, dice mince and julienne - to enhance your efficiency and elevate all aspects of your culinary skills.  Make this the year you learn how to chop like a pro!  The class will also feature knife safety, storage and sharpening, and construction.
