Farmer’s Markets aren’t just for summer and vegetables any more! In fact, fall can be one of the best times to check out one of our local favorite markets. In addition to fantastic produce, you can find condiments, local cheeses and mushrooms. In this class, Chef Dan will visit the Cherry Creek Farmers Market, often referred to as the “Cadillac of Farmers Markets” and shop for the evening’s class. Students will learn some of Chef Dan’s secrets for shopping and how to utilize your finds in dishes without using recipes!
