For over 20 years, Chef Andy has taught in a variety of professional programs including Culinary School of the Rockies where he co-developed a six month professional program which included a one month externship in Provence! This menu will cross the hearty flavors of Italy with the simplicity of a French bistro! You will combine many local, quality ingredients with classic French technique.
