Two Day Workshop. This is Denver’s most popular and comprehensive cooking class and has been a monthly calendar constant since 2004. Chef Dan has been teaching foundational skills to thousands of students, so if you’re ready to cook with confidence, make healthier and tastier choices, and save money and time, this workshop will help you build a repertoire of essential culinary techniques. You'll cover knife skills, mise en place, sautéing, roasting, grilling, sauce making, vinaigrettes and basic pastry techniques that you can build on each time you cook and will utilize for the rest of your life. Class fee is for the two-day workshop and registration includes both days.
